As the regular season has come to an end the Jacks sit at
3-21 and are the four seed in the region XIII tournament this weekend in Williston.
As of late the TEAM has started to use the phrase Why Not when talking about
being successful. For a long time things have seemed pretty bleak for the
Lumberjacks Baseball program but as WE head into regionals WE BELIEVE WE can
and will be successful. Many may ask, why WE have such high belief after only
winning 3 games. To this question our reply will be simple, WHY NOT!
When the tournament comes around anything can happen and all
WE can do is give it our best shot and let the pieces fall where they may.
Whether WE don’t win a game this weekend or win the tournament Coach Berube and
I are very proud of this TEAM and how far WE have come since our first game in
Tucson. WE have seen our share of ups and downs but WE have always put our
heart into every game and practice and that is a success.
