Milliken 2-3 2B
In game one WE played hard but had a few too many mistakes.
The biggest problem in this game was WE couldn’t find a hole in the defense.
Overall, as a TEAM, WE showed improvement on defense, which was great to see.

DCB Highlights: Milliken 1-3 3B, RBI, RS
Drewry 2-2 RBI
Game two was not such a good game for the Jacks. It started
off rough as WE gave up 5 runs in the first two innings with a slew of errors. However,
WE always try to find good in every situation. For myself and Coach Berube, WE
were happy that although nothing went right WE went down swinging.
At 0-3 it is easy to look at the negative but from a coach’s
vantage point, our team is starting to gel together well. Yes, WE have had our
setbacks but WE still BELIEVE that WE are moving in the right direction. Each
game WE have shown flashes of great baseball so the next step is to eliminate
errors and not give them runs. On Monday, the Jacks are back in action as WE
take on UW-Superior JV and Marian JV a second time.
Thank you and GO JACKS!
Coach Martin
